VOTER TERMS

Applies to anyone casting a vote on FansChoice Polls.

1. What Voting Means

When you cast a vote, you are purchasing a vote from the Event Organizer to support a contestant. FansChoice Polls provides the technology; the Organizer runs the contest.

2. Your Vote Is Final

  • All votes are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a vote is confirmed and payment succeeds, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred.

  • If you believe a vote was charged in error, contact us within 7 days at info@fanschoicepolls.com.

3. Real Money, Real Vote

You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent.

  • You are using a payment method you are authorized to use.

  • You will not use stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment methods.

4. Fair Voting Rules

To protect the integrity of every contest, you agree NOT to:

  • Use VPNs, proxies, or automation tools to manipulate votes

  • Use stolen cards or disputed payment methods

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse the platform

  • Impersonate another voter or organizer

  • Coordinate mass fraudulent voting

Violations result in vote cancellation without refund and possible legal action.

5. Vote Counting and Display

  • Vote totals may take up to 60 seconds to update.

  • Final results are based on votes verified by our system at the exact end time of the event.

  • Displayed vote counts during the contest are for transparency and may not reflect pending or failed payments.

  • We reserve the right to nullify fraudulent votes at any time.

6. Refunds

All votes are final. Refunds are issued only at the Organizer’s discretion. FansChoice Polls does not control Organizer refund policies.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Verify the contestant you are voting for before payment.

  • Do not hold FansChoice Polls liable for how the Organizer runs their contest, distributes prizes, or communicates with contestants.

8. Marketing Consent

By voting, you may receive marketing messages from FansChoice Polls and our trusted partners about similar events, contests, or offers. You can opt out at any time.
