EVENT PRODUCTS & SERVICES TERMS

Applies to anyone buying event-related products from our shop or requesting event services (photography, styling, MC services, venue booking, catering, merchandising, branded items, etc.).

1. Overview

FansChoice Polls operates a marketplace where some products and services are offered directly by FansChoice Polls, and others are offered by trusted partners, brands, stores, and independent service providers who list on our platform.

This section explains your rights and responsibilities when buying or requesting such products or services.

2. What Counts as a Partner Product or Service

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Event photography and videography

  • Fashion, styling, and grooming services

  • Venue booking, catering, and decoration

  • Branded merchandise from third-party stores

  • Beauty and wellness services

  • MC, entertainment, and production services

  • Event-related physical or digital products from partner brands

3. Our Role vs. the Partner’s Role

  • FansChoice Polls is the technology platform that hosts the listing, processes payment, and facilitates communication.

  • The Partner, Brand, or Service Provider is the party that actually delivers the product or service.

  • FansChoice Polls is not the seller of the product and is not the provider of the service unless expressly stated.

  • We work to streamline the flow between you and the partner, and we will always try to help resolve issues fairly.

4. Your Order

When you place an order:

  • You agree to provide accurate delivery details and requirements

  • You agree to pay the listed price

  • You acknowledge that the product or service will be delivered by the partner, not by FansChoice Polls directly

  • You understand that the partner’s own terms, warranty, or refund policy may apply

5. Product and Service Quality

  • The partner is responsible for the quality, timing, legality, and delivery of the product or service

  • FansChoice Polls is not liable for defects, delays, or non-delivery by the partner

  • However, if a partner repeatedly fails customers, we may suspend their listing and take appropriate action

6. Refunds and Disputes

  • For products or services offered by FansChoice Polls directly: Standard refund policy applies.

  • For products or services offered by partners: Refunds, replacements, and warranties are the responsibility of the partner.

  • FansChoice Polls may mediate complaints and, where appropriate, remove non-compliant partners from the platform.

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved with the partner, contact us at info@fanschoicepolls.com and we will assist with mediation where reasonable.

7. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback on a partner product or service, we may share your transaction details with the partner, the bank, and the payment processor to defend the dispute.

8. Delivery

  • Physical products are delivered by the partner or their courier

  • You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact information

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via email or download link

9. Marketing Consent

By purchasing a product or requesting a service, you may receive marketing messages from FansChoice Polls and our trusted partners about related products, services, or events. You can opt out at any time.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Receive the product or service as described

  • Contact the partner directly for support

  • Escalate unresolved issues to FansChoice Polls for mediation

  • Opt out of marketing at any time
