TICKET SELLER TERMS

Applies to any user registering as a Ticket Seller.

1. Your Role

As a Ticket Seller, you sell tickets for events listed on FansChoice Polls. You are responsible for the accuracy of the events you list and the tickets you sell.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of event descriptions, dates, venues, and tiers

  • Ticket pricing and availability

  • Attendee communication and support

  • Refund decisions (subject to your policy)

  • Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws

  • Payment of taxes on your revenue

3. KYC and Verification

You may be required to provide valid ID, business registration, and payout details. Failure to verify will hold your payouts.

4. Payouts and Commissions

  • We charge a commission on ticket sales.

  • Payouts are processed after the event concludes, subject to verification and no active disputes.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by banks or mobile money providers.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are at your discretion.

  • Chargebacks initiated by attendees are your financial responsibility.

  • We may deduct chargeback amounts from your payouts.

6. Attendee Data

  • You are the Data Controller for attendee data you collect.

  • You must comply with applicable data protection laws.

  • Do not misuse attendee contact data for unauthorized marketing.

7. Marketing

By registering, you may receive marketing messages from FansChoice Polls and trusted partners. You can opt out at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Sell tickets for fake events

  • Misrepresent event details

  • Use the platform for fraud

  • Circumvent commission or payment systems

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Financial obligations survive termination.
